Job Responsibilities

As an operations worker in outdoor environments, you will work to manage, maintain, and develop the municipality's public areas. You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of parks, natural areas, pedestrian and cycle paths, and street maintenance, as well as performing inspections, minor repairs, and error reporting in public spaces. The work also involves contributing to a safe and well-functioning public space through daily care, cleaning, and control of playgrounds, lighting, and other equipment. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues to ensure our environments maintain high quality year-round.

Qualifications

For the role of operations worker, a B-class driver's license, basic computer skills, and experience in operation and maintenance within park, nature, or street maintenance are required. It is an advantage if you have worked in the public sector and have experience with customer contact or service work.

Employment Type: Permanent employment.
